The scope of work includes a detailed engineering design, procure, fabricate, installed, testing and commissioning of a custom made Multiple Effect Distillation (MED) desalination pilot test (25 m3 /day) integrated with absorption vapor compression system. The pilot test will be installed at Dukhan site, Qatar.

QEERI is seeking to establish Research Labs that can serve its research areas in water, soil, desalination, material and solar energy and other related fields of research. The institute wishes to purchase Equipment for the Treated Sewage Effluent Pilot Project (TSE) / Water Desalination & Reuse Group. The main objective of TSE pilot project is to investigate the potential reuse of municipal and agricultural waste water for wide range of applications.
